Project Success Story - Governance Effectiveness Review at Solent University

Solent University has over 160 years’ experience working with communities in the city of Southampton to develop future-ready, work-ready learners, and has helped almost 50,000 students reach their potential since becoming a university in 2005. 

At the time of the review, the University was entering into the second phase of its 2025 strategy, Solent Future Ready, and had been under careful financial stewardship. The University was as at a crossroads, and there was an appetite to build on successes, embrace change and encourage the Board to refine its approach.
