Advance HE has streamlined its senior leadership team to help deliver its forthcoming 2030 strategy and ensure value for money for members and across the sector.
Alison Johns continues to lead the organisation as Chief Executive.
Greg Ferrari’s role of Chief Operating and Transformation Officer is expanded to oversee all aspects of service delivery and the quality of experience we provide for all Advance HE members and customers.
Kathryn Harrison-Graves moves from Executive Director for Membership, Innovation and Development to take up the position of Deputy Chief Executive. This new role will lead Advance HE's service development ensuring that the organisation meets the changing needs of members and partners both within the UK and across the globe; and this work will be reflected in Advance HE’s new 2030 strategy which is due to be published in November.
Working closely with Alison, Greg and the Advance HE Board, Kathryn will ensure that Advance HE continues to be member-led as the organisation continues its own development in support of the higher education sector.
