Proficient mentoring has become more prevalent as a recognised attribute and key competency in the leadership domain of higher education.  Not only does the skill of mentoring support the career progression of excellent mentors into leadership roles but contributes to the development of your teams and your students.

Mentoring is a key element of the Fellowship process, where applicants benefit from the valuable experiences of skilled mentors to guide them through their own Fellowship journey, at whichever level.

This mentoring session, designed for Senior Fellows or aspiring Senior Fellows, will invite reflection and discussion on mentoring, developing your skillset to guide colleagues to Fellowship and grow a community of practice of Senior Fellows in the ASEAN region.
