Alison joined UCEA in 2018 as a Senior Employment Policy Adviser and works as part of the Employment Policy and Advice team on the delivery of UCEA's HR advisory services to members. This includes guidance on employee relations and industrial action; immigration; developments in employment practice in HE; changes in employment law and working with colleagues on UCEA’s gender, ethnicity and intersectional pay gaps work including joint work with the sector trade unions on the gender pay gap.
