As a qualified coach, Audrey set up her own coaching and leadership consultancy and has undertaken many hours of coaching with a wide variety of clients. She regularly attends coaching supervision and is also a trained coaching supervisor. Audrey successfully worked in a large NHS Trust to develop a coaching culture within that organisation and embedded a coaching approach to one to one appraisals.
Audrey is now an Associate and oversees the Aurora Community for past and present Aurorans, delivers the She Leads programme to Bahrain Women Leaders, directs the Aurora Australia pilot project and supports the growth of the Aurora brand internationally.
