Dr Helen Mott is a research consultant in the field of gender equality and women’s rights and a specialist adviser to public bodies on the prevention of sexual and gender based violence, in the workplace, in schools and universities, and in public spaces.

She was a member of the Universities UK Taskforce which produced the Changing the Culture report into violence against women and harassment. Helen has advised universities and university bodies in the UK and internationally on policy and training to address discrimination and violence.  Helen is the author of a recently published report on gender equality in global Higher Education for the British Council.
