Previous to ULaw Zoe was at City, University of London, where she was Vice-President for Strategy and Planning; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Professor of Service Operations Management.  Before her role at City, Professor Radnor was the Dean of the University of Leicester School of Business. Prior to that she was the inaugural Associate Dean (Learning and Teaching) for Loughborough University in London leading on the curriculum design and learning environment for the new postgraduate campus.

Zoe’s research interest is in performance and process improvement and service management within public sector organisations.  She has led research projects for a number of Government and healthcare organisations, evaluating the use of ‘lean’ and associated techniques and continues to maintain a strong ongoing research profile.

She is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS) and of the British Academy of Management (FBAM).  She also sits on a number of boards including the Athena Swan Governance Committee for Advance HE and, the editorial boards for the International Journal of Production and Operations Management (IJOPM) and Public Money and Management.
