Will Mbioh

I am a lecturer in law at the Kent Law School at the University of Kent. I am the Director of Student Attainment and Inclusion at the School and the Academic Lead and programme director for the School’s largest intervention to reduce the final awarding gap between BAME and non-BAME students, involving about 17 academic colleagues: Academic Coaching for Academic Excellence Programme (ACE). In addition, I’m the University’s Academic Lead for its Race Equality Charter Application and member of Solicitor Regulatory Authority’s External Reference group for its independent research into the attainment gap for BAME candidates in professional assessments.
