Since its launch in 2013, Aurora has engaged more than 15,000 women from nearly 200 institutions across the UK, Ireland and Australia. There is strong demand from alumni to stay connected and sustain the programme’s transformative impact. The clear message is a continued need for support, development and meaningful connection.

Our international community is designed to build leadership capability, keep members informed of emerging trends, and facilitate the exchange of insight through peer networks that benefit both individuals and institutions. Through webinars and tailored networking events, the Aurora community offers ongoing opportunities that extend the value of the original programme.
