It focuses on strengthening the role of governing bodies and their role in shaping future transformation and engaging with senior leaders in overseeing and assuring change, ensuring that decision-making is robust, risks are well-managed, and intended benefits are realised.
Who is this event for?
This event is designed for those with responsibility for governing and leading strategic transformation in an oversight capacity:
- All governors and Chairs of governing bodies
- University Secretaries and senior governance professionals supporting and advising governors in their governing role and in supporting the development of effective practice at the interface between the governance and management boundary
