Senior Women’s Leadership Development Programme
Our Senior Women’s Leadership Development Programme is a women-only initiative tailored for those in senior roles within higher education. Its purpose is to support participants in advancing their careers and enhancing their roles, visibility, and influence. The programme seeks to promote greater gender parity in senior leadership across the sector.
Preparing for Senior Strategic Leadership
Preparing for Senior Strategic Leadership provides participants with the opportunity to develop and reflect on their leadership identity. Participants will learn how to engage with their environment, their organisation, its culture, and its people. This provides participants with the skills to manage change and sensitive issues, develop effective influence and negotiation skills and drive cultural development. The programme also provides an opportunity to plan personal development through group interaction and 360-degree feedback data.
The PSSL course was brilliant…The approach and support from the course leaders was outstanding and really took leadership outside the box to bring learning to life.”

Strategic Leadership Programme
The Strategic Leadership Programme is designed for individuals with a broad portfolio within the institution who wish to leverage their strategic vision to significantly influence and shape the future of the higher education sector through engagement and impact.
Top Management Programme for Higher Education
A development opportunity specifically created for those in an executive role in a higher education institution. Over 60 of the current UK Vice-Chancellors and Principals are TMP HE alumni, with many of the other past participants of TMP HE holding some of the most senior posts throughout higher education.
TMP is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You will never get another chance to meet this many senior colleagues from across the sector, to immerse yourself into wicked challenges and problems, and to reflect on your practice and impact as a senior leader. The programme is designed to build and swerve in ways that will keep you engaged, and the facilitators and visiting speakers are hugely impressive. The facilitators, in particular, provide a level of insight and support both in group and individual settings that is second to none. I can’t recommend it highly enough.”
