The steering group advises institutions within Further Education and Higher Education to structure reporting systems in accordance with the following recommendations. This document lays out some reporting procedures already used in HE/FE, most notably Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman Complaints procedure and Equally Safe Toolkit recommendations.
