Dr Lesley J. Moore. Associate Professor in Work-based Learning: Research, Business and Innovation, University of the West of England, Bristol. At the time of the award, Lesley was responsible for the co-ordination of a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate work-based learning modules for the schools of the Health & Social Care Faculty. These modules ranged from level one to Masters, the latter were also used to support PhD students in their first year of studies.

Philip has a diverse range of roles within the Faculty of Education, Community and Leisure at Liverpool John Moores University. He leads research activity in Physical Education, Sport, Dance and Outdoor Education. He is part of the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning which focuses upon professional leadership and learning. Additional roles include acting as faculty Disability and Staff Development Co-ordinator.

Richard is Head of e-Learning at Oxford Brookes University. He was instrumental in the adoption of Oxford Brookes' Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). In just over four years the University moved from no student users of WebCT to over 13,000. Through training and consultation Richard and his team enabled the great majority of staff to use it to embed e-learning into their teaching programmes.

Previously, Barbara was Blended Learning Co-ordinator at Glasgow Caledonian University, Manager of the Educational Development Services at Bournemouth University and the Learning Technology Team at Durham University.

She is responsible for library and learning services in support of learning, teaching and research.
