At Advance HE we have many opportunities to speak and present at our events, conferences and symposia. Please take a look below at the current open opportunities and submit a paper for one of our expert team to review. Overview

At Advance HE, there is currently a wide variety of conferences and events with open calls for papers. Submissions are welcomed to present posters, oral presentations, workshops and more in areas from artificial intelligence to equality, diversity and inclusion.

As a speaker, you get the opportunity to present your work alongside other experts in your field to a group of like-minded individuals to spark conversation, inspire change and motivate others to work to improve the higher education sector. You could be part of progressing the higher education sector in terms of EDI, student engagement, co-creation and more.

Healthcare Educators NET Conference 2026: Practice ready: Journeys, transitions, and professional growth

A conference brought to you by the Networking and Innovation in Healthcare Education Committee and Advance HE. The conference will explore journeys, transitions and professional growth across healthcare education. As this year’s conference will take place fully virtually, it also offers an opportunity to consider the creative and innovative ways in which the sector is responding to a fast-changing educational landscape.

Educational Excellence Symposium

Submit an abstract for the Educational Excellence Symposium, focused on advancing high-quality, inclusive and impactful education. The event will explore ideas and co-develop future-facing approaches that enhance learning, belonging and student outcomes.

The submission deadline is 18 September 2026.

Member Benefit case study submissions

We also have several opportunities for colleagues from our member institutions to submit their work to be shared with the sector via our member benefit projects. Check our list of current members to find your current institution. We apologise, but we cannot accept submissions from non-members.
