The department noted that it advertised its childcare vouchers scheme during the maternity/paternal returners and leavers lunch, led by a female senior member of staff.
Outcomes
Advertising the childcare voucher scheme during biannually occuring lunches at the department resulted in an overall increase in the amount of staff using childcare vouchers. The lunches were organised by the Diversity team.
