To increase the representation of UK BAME Readers and Professors, the Faculty implemented various initiatives, such as ensuring the support of home-grown talent, presenting opportunities for Senior Lecturers and Associate Professors to apply for promotion, and identifying clear pathways and targeting support and development for BAME staff. The Faculty plan to share the effective practices in supporting colleagues with other areas of the institution.
