Details of Activity

The School offered easily accessible information on support mechanisms for students who juggled family and/or child care responsibilities alongside their studies. The submission noted a need to further improve student awareness of where such information was located and the accessibility of the way it was presented.

Outcomes

Through findings from the MACE Survey (a course evaluation questionnaire), the department found that the majority of students knew where to find relevant information on parent and care support available to them. The specific resources available to students with child care responsibilities were modified and improved for higher student satisfaction, as a result of the feedback.
