Building Belonging: Online

Building and Enhancing Student Belonging: A Collaborative Online Change Impact Programme

We are delighted to introduce a fully online change impact programme, which focusses on how you can build belonging in your institution.

Belonging is a key part of the student experience, contributing to:

  • Student retention
  • Student attainment
  • Student wellbeing.

This change impact programme offers an opportunity for teams at school or programme levels to start to define the concepts of ‘belonging’ and ‘building’ both personally, collaboratively and with a local identity.

We will survey participants using a diagnostic tool aligned to relevant Student Success Frameworks, as a benchmark to identify key challenges and needs and identify existing good practice across participating institutions.
