Credible Leadership

This initiative brings to light the particular challenges that women encounter in their professional settings. It goes a step beyond by furnishing participants with both the knowledge and practical skills necessary to bolster their selected career paths, adeptly navigating institutional obstacles.

Visible Credibility

Leadership is multi-faceted, but credibility is the cornerstone on which it is built.  Without credibility, who will you lead?  Who will follow you? There are established components to credible leadership, and understanding these is essential to successful leadership.  However, credibility is not enough. Without visibility your leadership is unlikely to be recognised, encouraged or promoted and you will not have a supported platform from which to lead.  Visible credibility is key to delivering your leadership potential effectively, confidently, and successfully.

This part of the module is delivered as a half-day, online workshop that helps you to navigate the work environment, particularly the challenge of establishing and managing complex relationships.

Credible Authority

Much has been researched about authority and how it is integral in achieving effective outcomes.  It is understood that authority can be subjective, open to interpretation and suffers from bias. By sharing our experience, we encourage awareness of cultural and gendered impediments to achieving successful leadership positions.  In that context we examine tools and techniques to overcome challenges to authority, supporting successful leadership.

This part of the module is delivered as a full-day or face-to-face workshop.
