GDP: Governance in Wales

Our Governance in Wales event reflects the shared identity and diverse needs of the Welsh HE sector and will be of benefit to Chairs, governors and governance professionals.

Overview

This event is designed to enable Governors and leaders in Welsh higher education to hear from sector experts. This event offers a unique platform to hear from esteemed sector experts, foster meaningful peer networking, and deeply explore the key issues facing both the sector as a whole and individual institutions.

Through insightful keynote presentations and interactive break-out sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussions on pressing concerns, address recent developments, and exchange valuable best practices.

Additionally, this event provides a valuable occasion to examine the impact of policy developments on the distinct features of governance within the Welsh higher education landscape. Explore the evolving nature of higher education regulation and its profound consequences for institutions and their governance frameworks.
