Case study from the HEA Change Academy 2009.

Our successes to date include: coverage communication clarity and compromise along with staff engagement and team motivation. Employing the 'community of practice' and identifying 'champions' has enabled this engagement. Establishing and fostering important at relationships across the institutional stratigraphy has reinforced the strategic significance of the project without which we could not have the buy-in and commitment from staff.
