Anglia professional recognition scheme for teaching and supporting learning

This case study outlines an initiative at Anglia Ruskin University as part of the HEA's Recognising Teaching Excellence Change Programme.

Anglia Ruskin have a number of initiatives to promote reward and recognise excellence in support for learning and teaching. They aimed to ‘join up’ these opportunities through the implementation of a CPD framework which would facilitate support incentivise and recognise staff progression and development of their learning and teaching practice which is evidenced through accreditation of their individual professional development benchmarked against the relevant UKPSF Descriptor and aligned with the corresponding HEA Fellowship category.
