This case study describes an approach to seminar teaching in a course on ancient philosophy.
Students are split into small groups in which they discuss pre-read material and set questions before one student from each group gives a short presentation about their discussion. Revision notes on each topic are prepared by the student who gave the presentation and submitted to the seminar leader for distribution to the whole group.
