Assessment as learning; a new pedagogical tool in clinical training - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

Assessment as learning and reflection in action are useful pedagogical devices in the training of psychological therapists.  Up until now teaching staff have had to rely on role-play or audio recordings as sources of material. The aim of this session is to introduce participants to a new and innovative pedagogical tool that can enhance learning. Participants will learn how the tool can be used both in the classroom and in clinical training settings. Participants will be able to explore ways of using this method in other clinical training areas
