This is an Engineering Subject Centre/JISC mini-project case study. An audio feedback trial was conducted to give coursework feedback to MSc Students on the Functional Joint Replacement Technology module in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Leeds. The trial investigated the use of audio feedback as a way to save time in assessment as well personalising the response given to students. Feedback was provided using an Edirol R-09HR MP3 Sound Recorder.
