Simulations are commonplace with postgraduate Management programmes affording experiences that are arguably less achievable within more traditional learning approaches. This research assesses international student perspectives of their Business Simulation experiences through a survey delivering 370 questionnaires completed by international Masters students. The greatest challenge experienced by these participants was developing an applied understanding of business theory in parallel with the deployment of the simulation although endorsement of the authenticity of the simulation itself was achieved with suggestion that it promoted the skills to manage group dynamics alongside developing employability skills more generically. The experiences differ by age and nationality.
