Challenging Change

Presentation from July 2011 Higher Education Academy Annual Conference.

This presentation provides a description of  how low key 'pervasive' provocations that encourage stakeholders to engineer their own solutions are proving to be an effective strategy for initiating large scale institutional change.  It also describes innovative ways of using technologies to gather and synthesise insights and engage stakeholders including students as well as staff.
