In this case study Colette Bleakley of NEWI recounts her experiences with the Change Academy programme between 2004 and 2007. Bleakley experienced Change Academy as both a member of a team implementing a change initiative at NEWI and as a member of the Change Academy planning team.The case study thus provides insight into how both sides of the programme evolved over that period. The NEWI change initiatives focused on continuing professional development and technology enhanced learning.
