Changing Academic Culture through Events Weeks

This paper discusses the development and management of an alternative to reading weeks which develops the student experience in multiple ways. It discusses some of the lessons learned so far and the successful contribution made to academic culture. Planning running and evaluating are discussed as well as unanticipated consequences.
