Changing the Academy: Exploring the potential of Product Based Analysis to model strategic change

A presentation from the HEA Annual Conference 2011.

This paper presents Product Based Analysis (PBA) a new model for visualising and critiquing a change strategy at an individual departmental or institutional level. Examples of its use and potential are set in the context of current thinking on strategic change in higher education.
