Collaboration between undergraduates and academic staff to create textbook resources

A presentation delivered at the HEA Annual Conference  June 2010.

Undergraduate assessed work can be adapted and published to create new learning resources for future student cohorts. In addition to practical advantages collaborative publishing can provide undergraduates with skills necessary to move beyond passive 'consumers of knowledge' towards an active role in their own education and that of other students.
