College equality outcomes: a regional overview

On 30 April 2013, all public authorities in Scotland were required to have published a set of equality outcomes to meet the Scottish specific duties of the public sector equality duty of the Equality Act 2010.

This briefing outlines:

• how colleges have demonstrated that they have met the specific duties of the Equality Act 2010
• areas and themes that colleges have focused on

This analysis is designed to assist regional college boards and senior management teams as they plan how to track progress and collaborate with regional partners to deliver the outcomes set in their region.
