Concepts of personal development (PD) among students at a diverse university

This presentation presents results from a study of cultural representations and understandings of personal development and PDP. It focuses on conceptual diversity among students from China Central Eastern Europe Africa and Great Britain and draw implications for teaching and supporting international students.
