This presentation will focus on the on-going development and implementation of a simulated coroner’s court into undergraduate mental health nursing program. This development focuses on the needs of third year student nurses to integrate theoretical knowledge into practical application utilising a broad range of clinical interpersonal and higher order thinking skills. The use of drama to enhance self-awareness reflective practice and accountability are considered paramount to the developing nurses’ repository of skills and attributes. This is particularly important for those nearing nurse qualification status
