Cynhaliwyd ail Gynhadledd Dysgu ac Addysgu Cyfeiriadau’r Dyfodol ar 2-3 Ebrill 2014 ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth. Daeth dros 200 o gynadleddwyr ynghyd o bob cwr o Gymru a thu hwnt ar gyfer cyfres o sesiynau ym meysydd Graddedigion Nodedig, Addysgu Ysbrydoledig, Dysgu ar gyfer Cyflogaeth, Dysgu mewn Cyflogaeth, Myfyrwyr fel Partneriaid a Theithiau Dysgwyr.
Roedd amrywiaeth eang o sesiynau yn cynnwys areithiau allweddol gan yr Athro Ron Barnett (Athro Emeritws mewn Addysg Uwch, Ysgol Addysg, Prifysgol Llundain) a’r Athro Shân Wareing (Dirprwy Is-Ganghellor, Dysgu ac Addysgu ym Mhrifysgol Newydd Buckinghamshire), paneli myfyrwyr, gweithdai, sesiynau nano-ddysgu, sesiynau trafod, cyflwyniadau posteri a phapurau.

Global Graduates: Enabling Flexible Learning
2-3 April 2014, Aberystwyth University
The second Future Directions Learning and Teaching Conference took place on 2-3 April 2014 at Aberystwyth University. Over 200 delegates from across Wales and beyond gathered for a series of sessions in the areas of Distinctive Graduates, Inspiring Teaching, Learning for Employment, Learning in Employment, Students as Partners, and Learner Journeys.
A wide variety of sessions included keynotes from Professor Ron Barnett (Emeritus Professor of Higher Education at the Institute of Education, University of London) and Professor Shân Wareing (Pro-Vice-Chancellor Learning and Teaching, at Buckinghamshire New University), student panels, workshops, nano-teach sessions, discussion sessions, papers and poster presentations.
