A paper from the HEA Annual Conference 2008.
This paper describes a project which is exploring ways in which e-learning might be supported more effectively at subject level through an 'e-learning advocate' an academic working with his/her colleagues for one day/week. The project now in its second phase is delivering tangible results and may be a useful model for levering pedagogical change.
