E Portfolios - an aid to graduate employability?

The title of this paper is "E Portfolios - an aid to graduate employability?" and focuses on employer attitudes to the current developments in E Portfolios in the Higher Education sector. The primary focus of this paper is the attractiveness of E Portfolios to Graduate Recruiters as potential selection tools. This research found that most Graduate Recruiters were negative towards the concept of E portfolios as a useful selection tool and those who were positive raised substantial issues relating to practicality.
