Embedding and Sustaining your Initiative: Star diagram

This tool was developed for the final meeting of the HEA Students as Partners Change Programme on 26th February 2013. The tool enables an institution that has carried out a change initiative to both create a benchmark across various indices of how their change can be sustained and then measure ongoing embedding efforts against that benchmark. The tool also includes a user guide.
