This case study describes an initiative which highlights the embedding of PDP in the curriculum the use of reflective writing and the encouragement of self-awareness in students. It shows that PDP can be meaningfully integrated into a subject in a theoretical way and that learning outcomes associated with personal development planning can complement subject based learning.
