This session will share good practice of embedding employability across three undergraduate social science programmes using a student centred collaborative andragogy. This approach ensured a high level of experiential and critical reflective learning which has supported students in gaining significant positive added value to their student degree experience. The approach to achieve this will be outlined with interactive discussion. Current and past students present their experiences of developing diverse employability skills and a critical reflective mindset through peer learning and within placements which have supported greater confidence and success for transition to employment and skills for life generally
