Employability skills through Project Based Learning

This case study describes how a second year undergraduate module at the Salford Business School was used to give students the opportunity to develop their employability skills including their team working skills within a business oriented environment. As a team the students were required to organise themselves to plan and carry out projects and put into practice knowledge from other modules of study in solving the problem which has been presented.

This case study was written for the HEA as part of the Employability in theory and practice series by experts in the field of employability in higher education and provides an insight into current developments in practice.
