Engaging And Supporting Others Through Change

This presentation was delivered at the HEA Responding to the National Student Survey in the disciplines Change Programme residential event in July 2012. The presentation explores what change is and how change can be used in an academic context to engage stakeholders. As part of this discussion of engagement the presentation also details strategies to overcome various kinds of resistance to change.
