Feed-forward: Supporting Transferable Skills with Formative Feedback

This chapter describes a project that ran with two level 5 modules in a Business Studies degree to support students' autonomous learning skills by providing formative feedback or feed-forward on their achievement of transferable skills i.e. on their use of English research or analysis rather than success in applying the module content in the assessment.
