Geometry Expressions

Geometry Expressions is a new geometry software package which automatically generates algebraic expressions from geometric figures.  In addition to being symbolic a further characteristic which distinguishes Geometry Expressions from older geometry packages is that it is constraint based. This means that rather than requiring elaborate constructions to be derived or macros to be used it is possible to specify diagrams directly in terms of geometric constraints – both qualitative (such as incidence and tangency) and quantitative (such as specifying distances and angles).
