A good effort but must try harder...": Using NSS for action planning

This is a presentation from the event "The National Student Survey as a quality enhancement tool in Scotland" held at Queen Margaret University Edinburgh on April 29th 2010. It describes NSS enhancement work carried out by the University of Glamorgan.

This presentation describes both the bottom-up and top-down procedures for carrying out enhancement work based on NSS results. It describes the process of developing faculty-level action plans including the format the support available and the time-scales.
