The impact of Change Academy: a story of organisational development and changing cultures

Change Academy is a 'flagship' programme for HE. This workshop explores a large institution's use of CA ideas and techniques since 2005 to enhance the staff/student experience through strategic projects and increased change capacity including running a CA-derived internal development programme.
