Incorporating UK-SPEC learning outcomes into an open learner model to promote learner independence

This Engineering Subject Centre Mini-Project report introduces the UK-SpecIAL environment developed to help engineering students better understand how their modules relate to each other and to the engineering professions towards which they are working and to raise their awareness of their progress towards the UK-SPEC learning outcomes. This example is for Electronic Electrical and Computer Engineering but could be extended for other engineering subjects.
