Influencing Change

This presentation was delivered by Paul Gentle of the Leadership Foundation for HE at the HEA Change Academy Residential which took place between 6th and 9th September 2011. The presentation encourages innovators to consider the sources of influencing power available to them and identifies different styles of influencing which can applied in pursuit of change.
