The aim of the session is to share key findings from a longitudinal online survey about the influence of undergraduates' developmental network on their perceived career success. Moreover the presentation will focus on how an online developmental network tool can be used in the context of teaching for undergraduates who are in the process of transition from university to work. Key implications for Higher Education (HE) institutions will also be discussed such as how to develop a targeted approach to career management particularly for those early-career individuals who are generally disengaged in university life and/or in the management of their careers.
