It's made me braver - the impact of a PG Cert on HE teachers

University of Northampton presentation delivered at the June 2010 Higher Education Academy Annual Conference.

The presentation reports on the impact of a PGCert on new university lecturers many of whom were recruited for professional and industry expertise. Findings indicate the PGCert is effective in supporting the transition to confident competent reflective HE professionals with very positive outcomes directly attributable to the programme.
